How we evaluate the pilot
We agree on sample inputs, expected outputs and cases needing review. Checks cover accuracy, processing time, costs and errors. AI can still be wrong, so important decisions require review by the person responsible.
Handover and data
You receive pilot results, usage guidance and proposed next steps. Before using real data, we agree on tools, permissions and what information may be sent externally.
