Scope and contact

When you browse
You do not need an account to read the website. The site currently has no enquiry intake form, Google Analytics or questions sent to an external AI service.
The requirements download and article search work in your browser. Downloading requirements does not send them to NewEcom. Do not enter passwords, identity documents, payment details or sensitive data in these tools.
When you email us
NewEcom receives your email address, message and information you choose to provide to answer, discuss and handle the request. Email providers process messages under their own policies.
We do not sell data or automatically add you to advertising lists because you asked a question. Access to necessary information is limited to people responsible for handling the request.
Enquiry retention
Enquiry records without a separate retention requirement are kept for up to 90 days from receipt, then reviewed and deleted by the person responsible. Information needed for a contract or legal obligation is explained separately; it does not automatically extend retention of the whole enquiry.
You may request earlier deletion by email. If some information must be retained under an applicable obligation, we explain this when handling your request.
Infrastructure services
The website uses Google Firebase Hosting, which may process IP addresses and technical information to provide and protect the site. The Firestore database is located in Singapore. Firebase Authentication is the administrator sign-in service; the admin interface is currently disabled.
Some information may be processed outside Vietnam. We do not assume all data remains in one country. See Firebase privacy information for the provider's processing practices.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You can ask what information is processed, request a copy, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict processing where applicable. NewEcom asks only for information needed to verify the request and avoid disclosing data to an unauthorized person.
Withdrawal does not invalidate lawful processing already carried out. Explain your request by email; do not send additional sensitive documents unless instructed.
If forms or new tools are introduced
Consultation forms can open only after their data protection requirements are met. Planned fields are limited to name, contact method, requirements, language, sending page, time and consent version. You must choose to consent before sending.
NewEcom updates this policy and provides notice before using information for a new purpose or enabling a new tool. When a relevant feature is active, your browser may store a consent choice; administrator sessions use Firebase sign-in. Other services linked from this website have their own policies.
